About R-22
US production of R-22 ended under the phase-out, so everything on the market is pre-ban or reclaimed stock and the supply only tightens. If you maintain older split systems and packaged units, the decision is usually whether to keep buying service gas or convert to a replacement blend formulated to run on the mineral oil already in the compressor. Both are stocked here, in cylinders and by the pallet.
