Unloading is on the buyer: a loaded pallet needs a dock, a forklift, or both to come off the truck. One order ships to one address, so two job sites mean two orders. Inspect the full pallet within 72 hours, not just the top layer — a damaged, defective or incorrect cylinder is replaced or refunded, and in most cases stays with you. Factory-sealed cylinders return within 90 days; opened ones do not. Shipping is free with no minimum, out of our own US warehouse.
